What services we provide
We complete the following assessments to help guide intervention, funding and therapy supports.
Functional Capacity (FCA)
A detailed evaluation of a participant’s functional strengths and limitations across daily living, mobility, communication, cognition, and social participation. These assessments provide evidence-based recommendations to support funding applications and guide tailored interventions.
Assistive Technology (AT)
Assessment and prescription of devices and equipment that promote independence, safety, and participation in daily life. This may include mobility aids, communication devices, or adaptive tools specific to individual needs.
Minor Home Modifications
Evaluation and recommendations for practical changes within the home to improve accessibility, safety, and independence. This can include grab rails, step wedges, ramps, and bathroom modifications.
My Aged Care
Assessments designed for older adults to assist access to funded aged care supports. They focus on safety, independence, and functional needs within the home and community.
Manual Handling
Practical training for carers and support workers in safe manual handling techniques, equipment use, and strategies to reduce injury risk. Sessions are tailored to the participant’s needs and daily routines.
Return to Work / Ergonomics
Analysis of workplace environments and tasks to identify risks and optimise ergonomics. Recommendations aim to improve comfort, prevent injury, and enhance workplace performance.
Needs-Assessment Evidence Pack
Comprehensive reports that collate assessment outcomes and therapeutic recommendations to meet NDIS criteria. These packs provide clear evidence to justify supports and ensure alignment with participant goals.
Reablement Functional Assessment & Plans
Assessments that focus on restoring and maintaining functional independence through targeted capacity-building interventions. Plans are goal-oriented, time-limited, and designed to promote long-term participation and self-management.
Falls & Home Safety Assessments
A risk-focused assessment identifying environmental hazards, functional limitations, and behaviours that increase fall risk. Recommendations target prevention strategies and modifications to promote safe living.
