My Aged Care

We assist those accessing My Aged Care funding whether via a Home Care Package (HCP) or CHSP to achieve their mobility and occupational goals. With expertise in assistive equipment such as walkers, frames, beds, mobility scooters or gophers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, commodes and many more. We prescribed grab rails and other home modifications such as ramps to improve our clients accessibility within their home and ensure they are safe and independent to manage household tasks.
